I can't believe I only found this store today. Needless to say, I made up for lost time. :) This women's clothing store in the University District has the most stylish, flattering, comfortable, and here's the kicker, inexpensive clothes in town! I don't go out much, unless you count the park, the gym, the zoo...you get my drift...so when I do go to dinner or out for drinks, I want to look "hip", without paying an arm and a leg. Enter Pitaya. The soft, casual but nice looking, knits sold in this store are one of a kind. There are a range of colors, prints, solids and styles of t-shirts, dresses, skirts and pants. And as mentioned above, the prices are unbelievable! Another plus is that the clothes are displayed in color groupings which makes shopping easy. If you see a dress you like in blue, but would rather have it in green, over to the green section you go to look for it. In addition to the clothing, there are accessories, such as shoes, jewelry and handbags. If you're in the U-District, you've probably already paid for parking, so why not take an extra few minutes to give Pitaya a look! You'll be glad you did!
