Businiess name:  Paseo

Review content:
This restaurant is perfect in my opinion. They focus on what is most important in food...THE FOOD. My guess is that if they focused on service and busing tables, every big-shot with a cell phone would be in there messing things up for the rest of us. This is one of Seattle's few locals only type places and I like it that way. Last week I discovered that Paseo has added many new items to the menu. I had a fish sandwich which is identical to the prawn sandwich, only less messy. Unfortunately, I didn't write down all of the new items but you can trust me, head on in and try some of their new fare. I can guarantee it's ALL yummy! To think I walked past this place for three years thinking it was a teriyaki joint.
