Review content:
We bought our 2003 Yukon here. We loved the salesman and was happy about the price but the salesman retired and so most of our verbal agreements went down the drain. Live and learn. But their customer service is the pits. I hat etaking my truck in to get service because they do minor things that doesn't cost you anything but nonetheless you had told them not to do such as washing your truck because they don't use the right stuff and it gets the swirls and sometimes a few minor scratches. But mainly it eats you up because they did not listen to you. And they should be. I would not recommend getting service done hear at all if possible but I bought the car service plan with my truck so I have to.
