Businiess name:  Dr. Katherine Shieu

Review content:
I am NOT familiar with Dr. Shieu, but I wanted to offer some help in finding a doctor. If you are close to a hospital, i.e., St. Luke's in Chesterfield, or St. John's in Creve Couer, see what hospitals are in your Insurance plan, then call the hospital and ask for a referral for a doctor, they will verify that the doctor is on your insurance plan, is accepting new patients and even make the first appointment for you. ALSO ask if they see patient's at the hospital, a new trend is happening in the St. Louis area, where family doctors are NO longer seeing patients in hospitals, they are using Hospitalists, they work for the hospital and are NOT in contact with your personal doctor, so they have no history on you ! I would advise to find a doctor that WILL see you if you are hospitalized. Also ask family and friends for referrals they will have a history with the doctor and tell you about his or her practice! Good Luck!
