I 'm surprised to read some of these reviews as I have never had a negative experience here, and I've been a client at Just For Me for some time. My favorite spa service is a facial, and they sure know how to do it right. I also like their body wraps and polishes--so relaxing and your skin feels unbelievably soft afterwards! Great pedicures too (had one done about a month ago and it still looks like the first day i got it!!) I also like that if you don't want to carry on a conversation with your tech, you don't have to--they know you're here to relax and they don't chit-chat. I've had services done at other spas where the tech will talk and talk, and I'm too polite to tell her to be quiet! So I really appreciate that. The techs here are all very professional and very good at what they do.
And the customer service I've experienced is also very good. I always feel as if I'm the only client in the place with all the individual attention you get. Even though on a Saturday it can get quite busy, the staff keeps their cool and everyone is happy. They have two big sales a year, you get 20% off gift cards which never expire and you can order them online or by phone, so even if you can't make it in you can still get the deal (I stock up--you can use the gift cards for hair products and spa services, too). If you sign up for their mailing list on their website you'll get monthly emails talking about their specials for the month and when the 20% off sale is.
I love it here, and I highly recommend it.
Pros: Wonderful woodsy atmosphere, beautiful lounge upstairs, very accommodating
