I too have witnessed on the monitors "lack of care". Most of the time I see them facing away from the animal or sitting down ignoring them. When I was waiting to get my pet i looked in the kennel through the lobby window and saw an employee walk by a room with poop in it, look at the poop, point at the dog, walk away and come up front to start talking about how they feel nauseas and want to go on break to another employee in the lobby office. Also, when I got my dog back, she smelt so terrible as if she had laid in urine for 24 hours. When I got her home she drank almost an entire bowl of water! I will never go there again. I'd rather pay more for better care. Basic rule of thumb I found out...If they dont let you in the kennel, there's a reason, they are hiding something. I've been to two kennels that let me go in the back and tour the area and they are very clean and the employees aren't fake but actually caring!
