I purchased an item 3 days ago for $40. and tried to return it today. I was prepared to get a store credit because I did not have a receipt. They said they would have to check to see if the item had been on sale during the last 90 days and they could only give me a credit for the sale amount; which in this case was $20. Since I purchased the item using a credit/debit card, the store should have a record of the purchase. When I asked if thee could pull up the record, they denied they could. Funny, they could track the price of an itemv back 90 days, but could not pull up a record of a purchase made 3 days ago. I will not do business with any firm that does not have the decency to be honest with their customers.
