I went here once and thought it was too expensive and the haircut wasn't good, but I have a son who is very bad with haircuts and this is an easy place to go (we've tried everywhere else) so we decided to go back. They have a toy room which the kids love, and have always been accomodating when I walk in without an appointment. The cuts are more expensive than Supercuts but you don't have to worry about them being mad if your kid is bad, and they have videos playing and lollipops afterwards. This week they really tried hard to fit my kids in. My only "complaint" is that they have a plane that you'd think you could ride in while getting a haircut but it's just for show -- I've never seen a kid in it for a haircut. It really might have helped my kids when they were bad.
