I have shopped at this Lowe's quite a lot, but was taken aback recently by the paint departments attitude concerning wooden stir sticks. I had bought close to 200 dollars in paint and paint supplies the night before and was planning on painting the next day. I noticed that the person who mixed the paint forgot to give me some paint stirrers, so since I had to go back to Lowe's to pick up some plumbing supplies, I would just pick one up. I went up to the paint counter and asked politely if I could get a stirrer because they forgot to give me one the night before. To my surprise the Lowe's paint employee refused saying I needed to buy paint first. Well, this was quite a shock, I explained to this person what had happened and they still refused to give me a stick. This persons conduct was very unprofessional, I highly doubt I will ever buy paint from Lowe's again because of this incident.
