As soon as stepped through the door, I was greeted by the very courteous staff. I was attended by Jim, and that very afternoon I became the owner of a fantastic Lexus. Because I could not find my checkbook, I was offered to have someone drive the car down to Rhode Island AT NO COST and then trade my old car and complete the payment. Even when I drove up again to NH to get a piece of paperwork that the DMV required, I was greeted with the same politeness of the first day and invited to lunch!
I am absolutely delighted; the staff is honest, professional and welcoming. Also, ask them about the community-related events Merchants is involved in, especially the Blood Drive! You'll be amazed by the integrity of this car dealership.
