I personally would never stay at this motel, but I have a friend that stays at them ALL the time when he travels with his family. He is a penny pincher and is always looking for a deal, and well, he found one when it comes to motels. He does admit that Motel 6's can be a little on the shady side, but he doesn't care because he says he is only there to sleep. He always tried to bargain with the front desk clerk when he checks in and he says that he can usually talk them down a few dollars in price. I guess if you're tight on money, and need a place to stay when traveling (just to sleep, nothing more), then Motel 6 is your place to stay!
