My husband and son have been going to Finns for years -- my son got his first haircut here.
The staff is nice, the prices very reasonable, it has great parking, and is in a great location.
My guys have reveived the best haircuts here -- they did try another place once when Finns was closed, and had to go to FInns to get it doctored up the next day. Ah, lesson learned, get it done right the first time :)
The decor is very "manly" as well, with it appealing to men and boys. Even when they are crowded, the wait is never terribly long.
