Review content:
The only thing you have to know when you walk into the Bedford Cheese Shop is that you want to buy some cheese, the friendly, non-pretentious staff will help you with the rest. And these people really know their cheese!
The selection itself ranges from your basic $2.99 a pound cheddar to $40 a pound delicacies, and many of them are already labelled with staff reviews, some along the lines of "This tastes great with PBR!".
If you know generally what you're looking for the staff can help you fine tune your fondue, or you can start from scratch. Tell them that you're cooking lamb, they'll ask you how and with what spices, and help you choose a cheese that will compliment it. And you won't be allowed to pull out your wallet until you've tasted your selection (plus a few others!)
If you're boardering on dairy dependency, you might want to leave your charge card at home - it's easy to walk out with $50 worth of cheese!
