On Tuesdays and Thursdays, they are in that parking lot at 200 South Broadway. On Saturdays they on the sidewalks at 200 to 300 East Vine Street (near the downtown branch of the public library) and they have recently opened on Sundays, in the parking lot in front of Sloane's Market on Southland Drive.
