I am a BIG fan of Excellent Customer Service!!! When I experience top notch service I will share it with people. We have done business at Lamps Plus in Bellevue quite a few times and usually deal with a guy named Mike Fallon. If you ever have a need for lamps, outdoor lighting and any other items for your home (tables, pictures, etc.) check that place out!! They often have great sales too! Most people there are very friendly but Mike ALWAYS goes above and beyond. We are having new doors installed at the house and found the door handle and lock that we liked best there. We had to order it and it was going to take about 2 weeks to get it in. We got confirmation yesterday that the installation was going to happen on the 13th of this month and were concerned that the handle wouldn’t be here in time so Nolan called LP yesterday to tell them and was told they’d see what they can do. Mike called me today to let me know he’s having the handle sent from their builders division and it will be in by 6:00 tomorrow night or by Thursday morning at the latest! This guy rocks!!
Pros: Best Customer Service!!
Cons: Sometimes the wait in line takes long. Worth it though!
