I have been a member for 3 years and really like this fitness center. The staff is friendly and the equipment is top notch. I belonged to a couple of other gyms and even the YMCA and found that those places were crowded and lacked good equipment.
ACAC is also a place for the whole family. As a parent you drop your child off to their kid center and then go and enjoy your workout. There has been many times I would not have been able to exercise if it hadn't been for their Kid Center.
The membership is a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. A great fitness center that has something for everyone.
