Review content:
I love this place!! not just for their tasty bubble teas but for the great value lunches they offer. An average lunch with may inclued a springroll can run about $6, not inc drink.
This is a very friendly resteraunt where the wait staff treat you like a welcome guest in their home. Some weekdays during lunch it is packed but there usually is never a wait.
Try the house speciality frip coffee and the grilled pork with vermicili noodle, you will enjoy it!
