Review content:
I've been to Tokie's once and I enjoyed it. It wasn't anything special to me but it is nice to frequent a local restaurant that has good service and good food. I tried the teriyaki and tempura combination and enjoyed it but I haven't had any interest in going back. It is a good location and one of the few restaurants actually in Foster City so it has a lot going for it.
