Review content:
Orkin does a good job at exterminating.. but NOT with customer service.. I use the Pasadena branch.. I signed the contract for 1 year of service to get rid of German Cockroaches in my apartment.. The way it should work is first a visit, then another 1 month later, and then service every other month. Well, no one ever told us the date they were coming back, so we were sleeping and never heard the doorbell or any knocking (they must not have tried very hard because I'm a light sleeper and the bedroom is by the front door). They left us a note saying they had done outside treatments for "spiders and ants" (which we have very minor problems, but downstairs - not even near our apartment). When I checked the calendar they had come 22 days after the first visit - not 30 - and no one ever told us the SCHEDULE!! If you can get around these issues.. the extermination really works... We had a HUGE roach population, that had been breeding for almost 10 years and we didn't expect ANY results.. To our surprise, the roachs were nearly gone after only THREE DAYS and by a week we didn't see a single one .. They have since started to come back (because they didn't return for treatment inside) but the good thing is that any time in-between treatments you can basically insist they come again for free and they'll do it.
