Businiess name:  Cafe Flora
Review by:  Stefanie F.
Review content:
On a given night at Cafe Flora you will undoubtedly find outspoken carnivores quietly sopping up the seitan juices from their plate with a vegan rosemary sourdough roll. On special occasions where I choose the restaurant, the surprisingly quiet meat-eater is my dad. I am the blissed-out mostly-vegan sitting next to him, and my mom and sister (both poultry eaters who love veggies) round out the table, looking equally satisfied. The ambiance is subtle enough to be flexible, so your meal is what you make it. My girlfriend took me there for a fabulous pre-theater dinner on my last birthday and our formal dress and romantic mood were well suited to the efficient service we received and the quiet corner were we dined. At the same time, diners with jeans don't feel underdressed or unwelcome. No matter the occasion and your dietary preferences or preconceived notions of vegetarian fare, this pricey but overwhelmingly delicious eatery will challenge, delight, and surprise you.
