About 5 years ago I would not have recommended this business to anyone. That's because when we went there 5 yrs ago we received our car with bubbles & mottling in the paint & the pin stripes were stretched across door openings in the back (they forgot to cut them).
However, they obviously have changed standards & methods here. We brought our car here a few months ago when a deer ran into our car. The owner personally spoke with us about the repair & tried to get the most efficient cost effective repair for us without compromising quality. I also liked that they brought us out into the repair shop so we could see what went on back there. Everything was clean and organized and he showed me why he needed to do the repair in a certain way, etc. Our car was returned to us when they said it would be & it was beautiful and like new again.
There were no mistakes whatsoever & they even filed the insurance for us. We couldn't have been more pleased. So, even after having a prior bad experience I can recommend these guys because they have turned things around & will do a great job for you!
You can drop off your car very early in the a.m. & they have a sitting/waiting area with vending machines in case you want to wait there for your car. Otherwise you can drop it off & pick it up later when they tell you it will be ready. So, I highly recommend these guys.
