There are so many Chinese restaurants in the world, it's hard to imagine that one would stand out beyond the others. But this one really does. The sheer variety of things on the buffet line is amazing. But I'll tell you what really does it for me. {whisper} They have french fries on the buffet. I KNOW!! Can you STAND it?!?! I mean, sure, they have great sesame chicken and fried rice and the deep fried yam balls keep my daughter happily amused for quite a while. Crab Rangoons, yummy. Fresh kiwi and melon on the dessert bar, not to mention soft serve ice cream. And they even have a few sushi bites, if you're so inclined. And the service is fabulous, of course - you can't get to the bottom of a glass before they're right there, filling it up; and they love kids. But to have FRENCH FRIES available on the buffet line. Now that's what I call a Chinese restaurant.
