for such an upscale salon, i was very disappointed. i received a gift certificate for a "color treatment". i assumed this meant a whole color treatment. when i arrived, i told my stylist, raul, that i wanted a base and highlites. he never explained to me the prices or what was included in the gift certificate. on top of that, after telling him that i wanted more natural reddish highlites, i ended up getting the EXACT same look as i had before. when i went to pay, they said i owed them $70! i refused to pay this because the he never explained to me what the certificate included or what their prices were. i felt very mislead and $200 for hair color that looked the way it was before is outrageous. save your money and go somewhere else.
