Gosh, I love this place--I've been going there for so many years (about 10 now), that it feels like going home to me. Whether it's grabbing a chai, or a fresh-blended banana mocha, or plain ol' coffee, the Gypsy Den shines above the big-name boys of coffee shops. Plenty of vibe: rugs on the wall and chillin' tunes. The food? I'm hooked on their adobe stew, but their menu is full of fresh, homemade goodies. Their pastries are also outstanding...rumor has it they bake the cornbread for neighboring restaurant Memphis, but I haven't confirmed this with an employee. Whether it's relaxation, a drink, or just to chill with friends, this is sure to satisfy your needs. Lunch gets crazy busy, so beware.
