My husband is hispanic and between himself and his mother they have tought me to cook authentic mexican food. Which we love. I have been to many mexican restraunts locally and elsewhere, but Ajuuas is one of the most authentic restraunts around. The only thing that we don't like is that when you order chile con queso there is hardly any chile in it, it's rather plain. But outside of that all the other food is perfectly seasoned and tender not to mention extremely tasty. If you haven't tried this one yet, you just must try it, then be prepared to get hooked and end up coming back over and over. The service is fantastic, you are not waiting more than 3 or 4 minutes for a refil on your beverage, even durring busy hours.
