I have been to Car Spa twice for exterior washes. They don't hand wash the exterior, it all goes through a drive-thru and the machine washes it. However once I purchased the Ultimate Full Service Wash for about $30, and they were supposed to clean the interior by hand, as well as add some extra features (like tire shine, waxing the car, etc). THEY DID NOT! You can watch the guy from the window, and after the car wash drive-thru they just vacuumed the inside. Then they came and got me to get my car!
I asked for the manager once I got to my car, and showed him the dust all over the dash and console, and leaves that were still on the carpet of my car. I didn't even smell air freshener and that was another thing they were supposed to add. I told him I didn't even see anyone wax the car or anything after the car wash. All he offered me was another free wash. NO, I want what I paid for, not another bad car wash!!
Bottom Line: If you want their cheapy exterior wash only, then go ahead -- or go somewhere else with a machine that's cheaper than $7. But if you want the interior of your car cleaned, I suggest going somewhere else. The Coit & Frankford Car Spa does a horrible job!!
