I think that is what they say on their radio ad as well. Anyway, from the shopping I have done at B and H I have been very impressed. They are extremely knowledgeable about the equipment they have (and the stuff they don't have that is out on the market). They explain every feature to you if you ask, and there are no features that they can't show an example of or a demonstration. I went in with certain features, and prices in mind, and they didn't try to sell me anything I wasn't looking for. Just what I wanted, after spending a lot of time with me even though I wasn't buying anything huge. They are kind and. I would not suggest buying the warranty that they offer because the company that does that warranty doesn't cover if the camera fell, and being that usually that is the case it doesn't pay to spend the extra money. Overall I LOVE B and H and would continue shopping there whenever I need a camera
