Located near Poipu beach in Kauai, this is a fantastic place to grab a good, fairly inexpensive meal. I fully expected just a normal hot dog but this place is SO much more. You pick the type of topping- everything from your standard ketchup to your more colorful flavors like pineapple relish and mango fruit relish. It is a sausage and you also pick if you want it not spicy, spicy or extra spicy. This is something totally unique to Hawaii that we found no where else. And if you go here, you should definitely try one of these. It is fantastic!!!! And it is affordable! The wait was a little long, but it was totally worth it. I wish I could find something like that here. Just to note, they are closed on Sundays and during the rest of the week they are only open from 11-6 PM. I think they should definitely be open later.
