I recently ran into this whole in the wall shop on the hot pursuit of an interview. It's very quaint, and the food is great (so says my husband). Amid the coffee bean smell, which I adore, are shelves and shelves of books. They serve up sandwiches, salads, and desserts as well. The sandwiches are huge; their stuffings fall all over the plate. The plates are piled to the brim with potato chips. Pretty good for the small price of $6.95. The book prices were decent. A little more than you'd expect at a bookstore downtown, but the price of gas to get to those kind of balances it out. Also, they offer Wi-Fi, and they have programs during to week that are available for a small fee. From metaphysics summaries, to open poetry, to yoga classes. Overall, I think this is a great little shop. We've needed something like this closer to home.
