Businiess name:  Beard Papa's
Review by:  Racheline M.
Review content:
Beard Papa is one of those weird Japanese phenomena. The store specializes in cream puffs -- they have a few standard flavors, and then there are special flavors for each day of the week. The things are nearly impossible to eat without making a mess (so while seems like the perfect eat as you go food, it's really not). These aren't traditional Italian cream puffs either -- the dough is lighter, thiner and flakier and the cream is less solid. They're not for everyone, but worth a try. The strawberry is particularly good.
