Review content:
I hired Metro Air Conditioning to replace the a/c units and furnaces in my home. The representative I spoke worth on the phone was detailed, thorough, and has been great with my follow up questions. The men who did the removal and installation showed up on time, were professional, took care to protect my carpet, finished everything much faster than I expected, and vacuumed before they left.
The only issue was that the thermostats they brought on the installation day were smaller than the ones I already had, so there was an unsightly, unpainted mark where the old ones has been mounted. When I called back about these, they agreed to bring new, different-sized ones out at no charge, and replace them. Problem solved.
I would definitely recommend them to others.
