Dropped off my 2017 F-350 pickup at 7:00 AM, was given a Lincoln MKS loaner. Gold team installed LoJack and Blue team installed locking lug nuts and rear mud flaps. The detail team applied the PolySteel. I visited with Jay Hyer to get some technical questions answered. Jay is the BEST! He is very helpful and knowledgeable. He's the one who recommended upgrading to the 2017 truck and I am so glad that he did because this is the best truck on the planet!
