Review content:
Dramatics is a hit or miss experience. The quality of your cut will always depend on who is doing your work. This is a chain, and my own experience has been that I get the consistently best cuts at the on on 5th and 16th. The prices are right, the atmosphere is pretty neutral as far as salons go (which is more than fine by me, I hate the salon environment), and I've never had a hair disaster there by any means (and I have elsewhere, often at more expensive salons). The place tries to be edgy, and even once was -- in the 80s. Just ignore that and go. It's a perfect place to get your hair cut if you know what you want and dread the process.
