Every person I've worked with at Lee's Air and Plumbing has been great, but Ernesto has been the very best. He is very professional, respectful and most importantly, genuinely caring. We all know if you have to call for service on your AC/Heating unit or anything to do with plumbing that you are having a stressful day. Ernesto works thoroughly, efficiently and takes the time to explain the problem and all the possible solutions. But on top of that, he understands that you are in a stressful situation and his calm demeanor really helps elevate that while you find a solution to your problem together. Top notch customer service all the way around. Can't say enough good things about Lee's.
