Review content:
Mike Cooper, Master Plumber, was the person sent to my home on Wed. 10/6/16. He arrived on time and spent the entire day on plumbing projects. I had asked him to check all plumbing in the house. He completed all projects (in a timely manner), that were necessary to put all the plumbing back in great shape. I'm very pleased with the end results.
Mike is a 'skilled craftsman', knows what he's doing and knows exactly what needs to be done. Everything is left very neatly. I was amazed that he finished all the projects in one day.
I found Mike to be a kind, pleasant, thoughtful, respectful person. He was thorough with his explanations and showed me photos of each project telling me what needed to be done. He also took the time to make certain that I understood what he was saying.
Kudos to Mike for being the person he is. Kudos also to Pipe, Wrench for employing Mike. He is definitely an asset to Pipe, Wrench..
