Billy came out to my relatives home to repair their air unit. I just happened to be there at that time. He diagnosed the problems and then he explained everything to them in a very polite & professional way. He seems very in tune, and up to date on his knowledge. He took the time to explain a couple of things to my son who is 6 years old in ways he could understand because he is extremely curious about everything! :) He even offered the 4 of us gatorades! Really great
experience with this technician. If and when I need services of my own I will be requesting mr Billy! Thank you!
