Response time to a furnace issue was phenomenal. The repair man Ted W. was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what needed done and pointed out a potential trouble with my furnace. He was courteous and thorough. He alerted me to a future problem prompting me to go back to Emerald for a new furnace at a reasonable price.
