I’ve been dealing with this company for two years with nothing but problems, trickery and lies. I’ve had so many problems that I’ve been using space heaters to heat my house for three winters now. There’s been crappy work done, tricks pulled on me to sell un-needed junk to me, and lies told about me to anyone who will listen. I’ve been quoted for a 120,000 BTU furnace and they tried to install a cheaper 100,000 BTU furnace for the same price. Right now, I have a furnace they installed just over a year ago that already has a heat exchanger issue that is blowing carbon monoxide into my house at a rate of 30 parts per million. And now I’m expected to pay between $1000 and $1500 for labor to fix this problem that shouldn’t be a problem until the furnace is much older, about 5 years old or more. These guys are slick and they will use your lack of knowledge about hvac systems against you as well as try to scare you with different tactics in order to get your money. That is what it is all about. I recommend no one doing business with them, ever.
