This hotel is just okay, not great. We asked for a 2 bedroom suite, but when we got there, we had a room with a kitchenette. No dishes, not pots or pan, go glasses, silverware..just the fridge and the stove..but no way to cook anything. There was no table to eat at, just a bar that only 2 people could sit at. The air conditioner kept shutting down, and they sent a security guard up to fix it. He had no clue how to do it, he was security, all he kept saying was that he was security and he had no idea why they dept sending him back up.. We stayed a week and that was more then enough. Nice staff, they did try. I think maybe it has to do with the fact that they are in one of the worst parts of Anchorage, I never felt safe there.
