Walked in on Sunday at 10am asking for an estimate for wheel bearings to bring the automobile back later on in the week. Manager said to come back later & I replied I would then manager stated that I should come back on a day that I know I will be paying for the actual service. Said they are short staffed on Sundays & it would be better for them and for me to come back on a day that the services can be paid. They have 'too many customers that have work that needs to be done' as opposed to customers wanting estimates. I took my automobile to Firestone down the street and they saw me in 15 min , gave me an estimate (which was way cheaper than Pep Boys would of given me). This was not my only negative experience at Pep Boys either. They broke a valve and told me they would give me a 10% discount off the bill?! I am NEVER going back to Pep Boys in Marlton again, you can be assured of that!
