A true class act! My son and a friend took the bus to New York today and got lost finding their way back to the pick up location. I called the emergency number and the gentleman I spoke with contacted the bus driver. They waited 20 minutes for my son and friend to arrive as not to leave them stranded. I am sure that there were several unhappy passengers and I am VERY sorry they got delayed, but am GRATEFUL that Hunt Valley Motor Coach was compassionate in making the decision to wait for them. We have traveled with them in the past and we'll definitely be traveling with them again in the future!
