I had a great sales person for my new Escape Titanium, but when I took it in for my first oil change and factory recall I was very disappointed. No thank you, come back again, no explanation of what was done to my car, just go pay the cashier, your total is this much, your car will be pulled up out there! I have purchased many new cars through the years at different dealers but have never been treated so poorly! I will never return there.
