The service was excellent! The staff was very helpful when handling the business and any issues in a very professional as well as being courteous. They made me as well as my siblings and their children feel special. This hotel is a plus for having your family's reunion. Its location is easy access to major highways, restaurants but secluded enough away from the busy busy traffic jams. The hotel receives an ""A"" for its complimentary buffet breakfast, which saved my family an expense, state of art fitness center to burn off some calories and fenced-in pool & hot tub. The weather was stormy; however, the night club & casino on the premises an excellent substitute. There were signs of renovations being done, when completed in my opinion, places this hotel on top.\r
