I called at 7am, they answered the phone! I was told they would have a guy to the house around 1pm and low and behold, a truck pulled up at 12:55. The team was punctual, priced fairly, friendly and competent. They put those little booties on their shoes to keep our carpets clean. They found the issues and fixed the problem. Ah, it's nice to have heat again!
