Review content:
Michael's is known for their craft supplies and they have a great selection for any project you can imagine. However, the shelves were not stocked with some products I was needing and when I went to check out, the line was 6 people long and only 1 register was open. The girl working was frustrated and doing the best she could, someone finally came to help and open another lane right before I checked out, and when I said thank you to her, she didn't acknowledge my comment. I don't know if she didn't hear, or was to frustrated to think straight herself. Prices are resonable, they just need to pay their staff better, so they can get better employees that will learn the store and stick around.
PROS: Large variety of crafting supplies.
CONS: Understaffed, long lines.
