Clean, modern, cozy, slightly-retro, newer night club and bar, divided into two sections: a "free" side and a "pay" side... (if there is a cover that night). Their schedule may vary, but generally the music is always diverse and eclectic, as with the crowd: If I recall correctly, there are amazing live bands or piano bar on Sundays, poetry slam on Tuesdays, check the Stranger for weekdays (range from DJs to private parties); re-mixed hip hop on weekends... and it's never over-crowded. Always a good happy mix of mostly locals. Staff is quick and smart. Drinks and cocktails are yummy, my fave is the Mojito. Large cushioned booths are very comfortable and accommodate larger parties while the smaller tables in the dimly lit environment cater to the smaller intimate dates. Dancing is encouraged. Harder to find as they don't have a huge glitzy entrance... it's near Peso's and next to Kid Valley on Queen Anne Ave on the Uptown/Lower QA area. I can go on forever about this place...
