Review content:
We selected your company to handle our local move. This was our first take-care-of-it-ourselves move after many military moves. You came highly recommended, and we were not disappointed. Troy Becker was very easy to work with, listened to what my needs and expectations for the move would be and estimated accordingly. He also planned for a second scenario. He was friendly but professional, and I felt very comfortable in talking with him and having him answer my questions. Lindsey Reid has been our contact/coordinator and she, too, has been great to work with. She has answered questions and promptly followed up my inquiries in a helpful manner.
Nevertheless, the guys "in the field" were really terrific. We had the crew of Robert, Eddie and Jordan packing our kitchen and dining room and some miscellaneous areas. We have a lot of breakable items many of which are family heirlooms. They did a lovely job of packing. I am happy to report that I haven't found one broken item. I am very relieved! They were very personable and worked quickly but steadily. Their attitudes were so positive-- a delight in this day and age. Moving day brought the crew of Jesse, Robert, Josh, A.J., and John. They also were really great. Again, their attitudes were very positive and they really worked together well. It was nice to see the cooperation and consideration they had for each other. We appreciated their attitudes and abilities. They made our day much easier and more pleasant than I thought it would be. It was a nice experience.
I would not hesitate to recommend or refer others to Sullivan United. I hope you will pass on our appreciation to all the guys.
