My wife and I stopped in on a Saturday to purchase a new Equinox. They didn't have the exact one we desired but we were told they located one in Wisconsin they could get. I was told I would get a call first thing Tuesday (it was a holiday weekend). We did all the paperwork on Saturday and was approved for the financing. I waited until 3:00 Tuesday afternoon and no call. I called the salesman and he told me he had been busy. Busy?? He had the paperwork for the purchase in hand and didn't act on it. After getting the run around for more than 24 hours I went to Pat McGrath and had a new 2016 Equinox in 2 hours. Lynch knows nothing about customer service. They had a solid commitment from me and didn't act on it . Sad. Very disappointed. Maybe they should have a commission program for their salesman then they would do their job.
