Review content:
When I originally worked for Career Concepts they offered wonderful jobs with decent wages and were extremely professional. Unfortunately when the economy in Erie faltered, so did the economy at Career Concepts. There was even a short period of a day or so when they actually had their phones turned off!!!! Not something I want to find out about a company that is in charge of my career path!!!!!
I've seen a huge change in personnel and staffing in the office and have found that they are very lax in returning calls, etc. unless they want to.
I'm fortunate enough to have a lot of skills that are easily marketable in the Erie area but for a lot of people this area is tough enough to find a job in, without having an incompetent staff behind you.
I wouldn't recommend this agency unless you see a very specific job listed by them that you know you would go for. There are a lot of other staffing organizations that seem to have more on the ball.
