I don't know how this daycare got a five star rating. They must be rating themselves. I can't even give this daycare one star. This daycare has been around for years. My older children went there when it was at it's best. Several of my friends and family members had their children in here as well. It use to be highly recommended by teachers from local elementary schools. However, since the WONDERFUL Ms. Angie left as director, the owners have put their daughter, and what appears to be her best friend, in charge as directors. Needless to say, my child is no longer at this facility, nor do I recommend this daycare anymore. The teachers have been instructed to not talk to the parents about incidents, the directors want to do that themselves. However the ""directors"" really have no clue what is going on. They are hardly ever there. They come in late, take 2-3 hour lunches, and leave early. And all this going on while full-time teachers only get to eat lunch while the children are napping. This daycare ""appears"" to be clean. However, look closer....layers of dust, disgusting buildup on places where little hands go (like under lunch tables). The children aren't fed properly either. I've dropped my child off and saw toddlers with ONE chicken nugget. And don't get me started on their teacher turn over rate. HIGH teacher turn over rate. The ""directors"" mistreat their employees, over work them, put them in classes with too many children, don't give them appropriate breaks, bounce good, dependable, teachers around like trash. And all of this abuse so that the ""directors"" can come in late, take 2 hours lunches, and leave early. The business side of this daycare seems great. The curriculum of this daycare is exceptional....however the ""directors"" don't follow up on the teachers actually using the set curriculum. I can't tell you how many times I've walked past the toddler room and heard ""no, don't, stop, quit""....no redirection, just negative words.
